Guest Policies

Check in time: 1:00 p.m. | Check out time: 11:00 a.m.

Fully self-contained trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes within age restrictions accepted.

No tents or picks-ups with camper shells are permitted. Picnic tables are on premium sites only.

Please note: Our bathrooms are available from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

All building access doors are locked 8:00 P.M.-8:00 A.M.

Reservations:

Site rate is for 2 Adults per night. 

Additional guests are charged per night. Persons 5 years old and older- $5.00

Per site a maximum of 4 Adults (six persons total) is allowed per reservation.



VISITORS: Please have guests come to the office to give vehicle information for parking purposes.

cancellation policies:

1. When making a reservation we require a non-refundable deposit.



2. You have up to 48 hours to cancel a reservation, if no cancellation has been received your credit card will be charged for remaining balance after date of arrival.

refund policies:

No refunds will be given after you check-in. If you check out early, there is no refund on the remaining days on your reservation.

Please consider our cancelation and refund policy when making your reservation.

Please observe our 5 MPH speed limit. Please drive slowly and be cautious.

Waste must be bagged and placed in dumpster at the park entrance. Please break down all cardboard boxes before disposing.

Open 8 A.M. until 8 P.M. Please notify staff if restrooms need attention. NO SMOKING in the restrooms. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an Adult. Please review safety procedures with your children as there are vehicles moving around and through the campground. Children are not allowed in buildings unsupervised. Playing on porches and ramps is not allowed. The Mancos River runs along the RV park, please instruct your children on water safety. 

Pets are not allowed in restrooms. Please do not allow excessive barking at any time and your pets MUST be leashed. Pets may not be left unattended in vehicles or outside your RV. Be sure to pick up and dispose of your pet waste.

Smoking is allowed only within your camp site.

RV/VEHICLE Washing:

Washing of any RV/vehicle is NOT ALLOWED

No vehicle repairs are permitted on site.

Currently there is a fire restriction within the Town of Mancos. NO FIRES!

No refunds will be given for early departure.

Please respect your neighbors’ privacy. DO NOT cut through sites. If you arrive late or leave early, try to keep the noise level down to a minimum.

The park and management are not responsible for any damages or loss of any kind.

The Mancos River can be a dangerous place. There is no swimming permitted.

Please watch your children and pets around the river, as their safety is your responsibility.

DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH EMPTY SITES. The sites are groomed for our next guest.

Liability Waiver

RIVERWOOD RV RESORT

Guest Registration, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Indemnification Agreement

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

The undersigned Guest acknowledges that camping, RV travel, outdoor recreation, hiking, walking, biking, campfires, use of resort amenities, and other recreational activities involve inherent risks that may result in bodily injury, illness, death, property damage, or other losses. Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Guest releases and waives claims against Riverwood RV Resort, Riverwood Mancos RV Resort LLC, its owners, managers, members, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns to the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

PROPERTY DAMAGE AND THEFT

The resort is not responsible for theft, vandalism, damage to RVs, vehicles, personal property, or loss of belongings. Guests are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.

INDEMNIFICATION

Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the resort and its affiliates from claims arising from the actions of the guest, occupants, visitors, or pets.

PETS

Guests are fully responsible for pets and any injury or damage caused by them.

CHILDREN

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising minor children.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Guests agree to comply with all resort rules, including quiet hours, speed limits, fire restrictions, pet regulations, and occupancy limits.

NO REFUNDS

No refunds will be issued for early departure, rule violations, weather events, smoke, power outages, or circumstances beyond the resort's control.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE

Guests grant permission for photographs and videos taken in public areas to be used for marketing purposes unless written notice is provided.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing below, Guest acknowledges they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this agreement.
